Deliveries are sent out by courier and are fully tracked.
All courier deliveries must be signed for by the customer on receipt of items. Deliveries will not be left without a signature, the courier will leave a calling card with contact details and the local depot information.
In the situation where a delivery is made and no one is at the address to take the order a calling card will be left. It is up to the customer to contact courier and arrange redelivery to the same address, this will be done free of charge, if customer rearranges to a different delivery address there will be an additional delivery charge.
Orders that have been tried to be delivered will remain at couriers depot for a short period of time waiting for customer to use calling card. If customer does not arrange redelivery or collection and the goods have to be returned to our site from the couriers depot there will be another delivery charge to resend items back out.
All of our products come with a warranty up to 10 years. With all having at least 2 years warranty. Check each product to see the specific warranty level.
Returns and 28 Day No Quibble Returns Policy
At Speedy Electrical we believe that customer satisfaction and customer care is of the utmost importance, for this reason we offer a 28 day no quibble return on all items. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with any of our products; a full refund will be issued minus any delivery and restocking costs.
You have 14 days to contact us after delivery to cancel and a further 14 days to return the goods. The goods must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. You must contact the supplier prior to a return to obtain an authorised returns number which must be enclosed with your details in the package. We recommend that you use a courier with a recorded delivery service for your protection as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
If you receive any items incorrectly you must contact us to obtain an authorised returns number. Please check all orders are correct before signing for your consignment as we will not be held liable after this and when returning items make a copy of any emails and invoices for your own reference.
In the unlikely event that goods are delivered damaged or faulty you must contact us to obtain an authorised returns number and we will arrange for the goods to be collected from you and a replacement sent upon receipt of the original faulty/damaged goods.

By placing an order through the web site the customer authorises us to debit their credit or debit card for the total amount of the order prior to the despatch of the goods to the customers delivery address.
