Orders that have been tried to be delivered will remain at couriers depot for a short period of time waiting for customer to use calling card. If customer does not arrange redelivery or collection and the goods have to be returned to our site from the couriers depot there will be another delivery charge to resend items back out. Returns
You will be able to return any unused goods within 7 days of purchase for a refund minus the delivery cost. The goods must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. You must contact the supplier prior to a return to obtain an authorised returns number which must be enclosed with your details in the package. We recommend that you use a courier with a recorded delivery service for your protection as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
If you receive any items incorrectly you must contact the supplier within 3 working days to obtain an authorised returns number and we will arrange for them to be collected from you and the correct items delivered to you free of charge by return. Please check all orders before sending and make a copy of any emails and invoices for your own reference.
In the unlikely event that goods are delivered damaged or faulty you must contact the supplier within 3 working days to obtain an authorised returns number and we will arrange for the goods to be collected from you and a replacement sent upon receipt of the original faulty/damaged goods.
